For existing clients, this is an ideal session for a Project Strategy & Check-in—use this time to scope new work, review retainer progress, or plan the next phase of a project. This collaborative step helps you feel valued and confident that our services align with your expectations.
2. Quick Graphic Design & Assets
Service Name: Quick Graphic Design / Print File Slot Investment: Starting at $35. This affordable, quick service helps you feel supported and confident in rapid execution for small, specific design tasks.
This service is your entry point for rapid execution on small, specific, or pre-quoted design tasks. The $35 minimum covers 45 minutes of dedicated design time and is ideal for:
Creating a single social media image or post graphic.
Finalizing or exporting print files (e.g., certificates, flyers).
Making minor revisions or format changes to existing assets.
Pricing Policy: Additional edits or variations beyond the initial scope are billed at $10 per revision. For complex projects (branding, websites), please book a Strategy Consultation first.
Basic Logo Design
Service Name: Basic Logo Design Investment:$250 – $550
This service provides a foundational logo mark for businesses that need a clean, professional visual identity without the full scope of a branding kit. Pricing varies based on the number of concepts and the required final file formats.
Contract Requirement: To protect your investment, a signed Client Service Agreement is required before starting this service to ensure clear expectations and commitment.
3. Website Services
Our website services are divided into two distinct, contract-required packages-Building (Development) and Maintenance-allowing you to choose the level of support your business needs. We will guide you through selecting the most suitable package based on your goals and resources.
A. Website Services: Building (Development)
Service Name: Website Build Project Investment: $900 Flat Rate
This $900 flat rate covers a complete, foundational website build, focusing on development, core structure, and an optimal user experience (UX) on platforms like Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress.
The process includes detailed planning, layout curation, and text integration. We work closely with you on e-commerce setup and minor graphic support to ensure a professional website.
Contract Requirement: A signed Client Service Agreement is mandatory before the project begins.
B. Website Services: Maintenance (Ongoing Retainer)
Service Name: Website Maintenance Retainer Investment: $350 Monthly
This $350 monthly retainer ensures your website remains flawless, secure, and current. This is billed monthly and requires a minimum three-month commitment.
Service Inclusions:
Site Updates, Bug Fixing, and Link/Image Maintenance.
Performance Monitoring and security checks.
Content Refresh and minor design adjustments.
Quarterly Reports on performance, insights, and recommendations.
Additional Websites: Each additional website is $200 per month.
