Do you print?

Currently, I provide digital designs only. Printing services may be available in the future. If you need guidance on printing, I’m happy to recommend trusted vendors.

What is your return/refund policy?

If the client cancels a project before significant work has begun, a refund of the deposit may be issued minus a 15% administrative fee. For cancellations after considerable work has started, refunds will be prorated based on the job completed. Significant work includes, but is not limited to, finished drafts, preliminary designs, and research conducted for the project. All completed projects are non-refundable. This policy ensures fairness and protects the time and effort invested in creating your custom designs.

Yes! I offer social media management services, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement strategies to grow your online presence. Let’s discuss your goals and develop a plan tailored to your business.

How do I make payments?

Payments can be made via Business Check, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle. Detailed payment instructions will be provided in your invoice.
